Who we serve
We seal the six profit leaks in independent residential brokerages.
Lionmaker Systems builds custom systems for owners and managing brokers of independent residential brokerages in the US, usually with about ten agents or more. Even well-run brokerages leak profit in the same six places. We seal them with a Digital Employee for each leak, built into the phones, CRM and tools the brokerage already pays for.

The six profit leaks
Where well-run brokerages lose profit, and who seals each leak.
Leak 1: Speed-to-lead
A seller texted after hours and hired whoever answered first.
Sealed by Nikola. Answers every lead, day or night, and books the visit on the right agent’s calendar.

About $119,000 a year: 11 more deals from answering more leads, day or night.
Leak 2: CMA turnaround
A seller wanted a price, and a faster agent sent one first.
Sealed by Atlas. Drafts every CMA in your brokerage’s format, for your agent to approve or send.
See how Atlas worksRecovered when sealed · 25 agents
About $43,000 a year: 4 more listings won with the right price, backed by comps.
Leak 3: Sellers left waiting
A seller had to chase your agent for showing feedback.
Sealed by Shepherd. Chases feedback, sends each seller’s open house recap and follows up with past clients.
See how Shepherd worksRecovered when sealed · 25 agents
About $56,000 a year: 5 more deals as past clients come back to sell and buy.
Leak 4: A tech stack nobody uses
You paid for apps your agents didn’t use.
Sealed by Hawk. Logs every call, text and showing in your CRM, and runs the apps we rebuild in‑house.

About $36,000 a year: 3 old leads closed, and your CRM and lead tools put to work.
Leak 5: Broker as help desk
Your agents texted you on your day off with routine questions.
Sealed by Muse. Answers your agents’ routine questions and sends you only what needs you.
See how Muse worksRecovered when sealed · 25 agents
About $107,000 a year: 1 agent and $67,000 in commission stay, 18 office hours back.
Leak 6: Lead generation
Your agents wait for the same portal leads as everyone else.
Sealed by Scout. Each week your agents get the owners most likely to sell, with the reason. Only one brokerage per territory.

Fresh every week: the owners most likely to sell, scored and scrubbed.
How it works
Inside the tools you already pay for.
Each Digital Employee works inside the CRM, phone lines and calendars the brokerage already has. Apps nobody uses can be rebuilt in-house.
You and your agents decide what sends on its own. Start by approving every reply, then automate when you’re ready.
You see every leak and every agent on one page, beside your starting numbers, from a link in your Friday note. No login.
Built for brokerages. Our in-house team builds, installs and supports every system.
Your data, protected
Built by people who have done this for a long time.
- Encrypted every step.
- Every page, form and chat runs over an encrypted connection, and browsers are told never to use anything else.
- Private by default.
- Your applications, chats and client records are stored private, readable only with our own key, and we check every day that none of it can be seen from outside.
- Links that expire.
- Every link that opens something of yours is signed and expires, so it can’t be altered and an old one opens nothing.
Veteran owned. More than 20 years in technology, 8 years in the US Army and 4 years in real estate stand behind every build.
Your setup, your scripts and your data are never shared with another brokerage.
How the Briefing works
Start with the leaks, not a product tour.
The Private Automation Briefing is a 15-minute leak assessment. We go through your Leak Report with you, find the leaks that cost your brokerage the most and say what we would connect to seal them.
If the numbers don't justify a build, we'll tell you on the Briefing.
Questions
What does Lionmaker Systems do?
Lionmaker Systems seals the six places independent residential brokerages lose profit: speed-to-lead, CMA turnaround, sellers left waiting, a tech stack nobody uses, the broker as help desk and lead generation. Each leak gets its own Digital Employee, built into the brokerage’s own phones, CRM and tools.
Who is Lionmaker Systems for?
Owners and managing brokers of independent residential brokerages in the US, usually with about ten agents or more. We don’t work with individual agents.
How does the Private Automation Briefing work?
It’s 15 minutes. You start with your Leak Report, which shows what each of the five priced leaks costs your brokerage a year. On the Briefing our team goes through it with you and says what we would connect. If the numbers don't justify a build, we'll tell you on the Briefing.
Where is Lionmaker Systems based?
Our offices are in Troy, Michigan. We’re veteran owned and operated.
Is my clients’ information safe with you?
Fair to ask before anyone touches your CRM. Everything runs over an encrypted connection, your records are stored private and readable only with our own key, and every link that opens your records is signed and expires. Your setup, your scripts and your data are never shared with another brokerage.
We already have a CRM and phone system.
Good. We build on the CRM and phone lines you have, and apps you don’t need can be rebuilt in-house.
My agents won’t use another app.
No new app. Appointments land on their calendars, CMAs and seller updates arrive ready to send, and weekend questions get answered without you.
I don’t want a bot texting my clients.
Fair. You and your agents decide what sends on its own. You can start with approval on every reply, then let it run once you’re comfortable.
This sounds expensive.
It depends on what you need. Your Leak Report shows what these leaks cost a year, and we make sure it’s a good fit before we price anything.
I’d want to check those dollar figures.
Example: a 25-agent brokerage with 900 online inquiries a year. Hours are valued at pay rates. Commission uses a $400,000 sale and 2.5% a side, at or below national figures. Counts are illustrations, not results. Sources: NAR 2025 and 2026, Zillow 2025, DelPrete 2024, HBR 2011, Clever 2026, Redfin 2025, Courted 2025.
How will I know it’s working?
You should know. We take your starting numbers at kickoff, and your scorecard page shows each leak and each agent beside them. It opens from a link in your Friday note, so there’s nothing to log in to.
