This policy explains what Lionmaker Systems (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your answers, name, email, phone number and brokerage details when you fill out the Brokerage Leak Report, and anything you type into our chat assistant, including an email address if you share one.
• Scheduling details. If you book a call, the details you enter in our scheduling tool.
• Anonymous site analytics. We count which pages and application steps are reached, and the campaign tags in the link you arrived from, under a random ID that lasts only while your browser tab is open. We collect this ourselves: there are no third-party trackers or advertising cookies, and it does not include your name or email. If you fill out the Brokerage Leak Report, we save those campaign tags, the page you arrived on and the site that sent you along with it, so we know how you found us.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To prepare your Brokerage Leak Report and send you a copy.
• To reply to you, schedule and run calls, and follow up about the report you requested.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam, including rate limits on forms and chat.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers to run the site: website hosting, a content and data store, an email delivery service, a scheduling tool, and an AI provider that powers the chat assistant and report summaries. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Emails

If you request a report, we may email you about it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to ask us to stop.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing thomas@lionmaker.io.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
